After finishing a complete remodel of my first house I decided that I needed more things to do! Well thats not exactly what happened but I did buy another house that needed to be completely gutted this time.
What really happened is I bought a gigantic garage and this beat up old house came with it. But after a few months I made enough progress to live in it and see that this 1915 Cape Cod has a lot of potential.
I’ll start back at the beginning and post all of the steps that it takes to turn a roach infested crack house into something beautiful.
